94 S Hibiscus
The landscape was rendered in 2023. The house closed at $18.5 million before the garden had grown in.

Setup
In 2023, 94 S Hibiscus existed as drawings. A new waterfront residence on Hibiscus Island by DN'A Design and Architecture, developed with JAE Development, and a plan to sell it ahead of completion with its own dedicated marketing site.
oaki was brought in for the landscape renderings.

Tension
A buyer can read a floor plan. Nobody can read a garden. Planting takes years to grow into a photograph, and a waterfront lot with no green reads as concrete. The part of the house hardest to imagine was the part the marketing needed most.

Approach
The landscape frames were built to show the house already held inside its planting: the entry sequence, the pool terrace, the water edge, each at the hour that serves it.
Outcome
The house was completed in 2024 and sold through its own marketing site. It closed at $18.5 million on May 29, 2026.
The landscape renderings are oaki's part of that story, made while the house was still drawings.
