Setup

A single-family residence by TBD Architecture + Design. The commission covered the full sequence: exteriors, living spaces, kitchen, baths.

oaki produced the renderings in 2025.

Tension

A house set has one job the client feels immediately: the rooms have to belong to each other. The timber that wraps the living room has to be the same material, in the same light, when it reappears in the kitchen and the bath.

Approach

The street view opens, the interiors walk in order, and the two bath frames carry the detail argument. One warm hour throughout.
