Manhattan Penthouse.

A Manhattan penthouse by TBD Architecture + Design, conceived as two realms: an intimate residence below and a social rooftop above. A floating stair connects the open living spaces to a terrace with a plunge pool, fire pit and views toward the Empire State Building.

Oaki built the visual narrative around this contrast between social and private life. The imagery moves from the openness and energy of the rooftop into quieter interiors, with the stair acting as a threshold between both worlds. Daylight, evening light and carefully observed materiality give each space its own atmosphere.
