Setup

A resort on the Black Sea, its interiors designed in Brooklyn by Gregory Tuck Architecture. Thirteen final images: the porte cochere, the colonnades bar, the rooms between. The job was to make the design visible before construction, exactly as drawn.

Tension

Interior programs at resort scale fail quietly. A dozen images by many hands stop reading as one place: the palette drifts, the light contradicts itself, and the world falls apart one frame at a time.

Approach

We worked room by room with the architect, view by view, through his own markups. One lighting language across the set. Where a piece did not exist in any library, we modeled it: the chandeliers, the loungers, the furniture that carries the design. The design, exactly as intended.

Outcome

Years after delivery, Gregory Tuck recommended oaki, unprompted, to a developer planning a new resort. An architect staking his own name on the studio, years later, is the outcome.
