LandFluent's landscape design for a 1930 Garrett Van Pelt estate on the Laguna Beach oceanfront.
8 Rockledge is a 1930 oceanfront estate by Garrett Van Pelt, protected under the Mills Act and restored over three years. After the restoration, LandFluent was brought in to design its gardens.
