The lot at 2740 North Bay Road sold for $20.8 million in 2022. The August Geiger house that stood there, work of the architect behind much of early Miami Beach, was already gone. KODA's answer is a house designed for the water and the light the site kept.

Until it is built, the renderings are the design's only public face. oaki produced the exteriors in 2023 and the interiors in 2024. Congratulations to Wesley Kean and the team at KODA.
