Maison Rive Gauche sells for $27 million.

Maison Rive Gauche closed at $27 million on August 6, 2025. Before the sale, Robb Report featured the house, and Florida Design called it "a poetic ode to the art de vivre." Interiors by Charlotte Dunagan; architecture of record by Strang Design; developed by Nicolas Chambon's Ceïba.

The house was bought largely on its images. oaki produced more than 45 stills and a 90-second film for the project, from the first exteriors to the staged interiors. Congratulations to Nicolas Chambon and the Ceïba team, and to Strang Design.
