Two houses at Moncayo
KODA designed two residences within Moncayo, the 1,100-acre community in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, developed with Auberge Resorts.
Moncayo is the project the real estate press is calling the Palm Beach of Puerto Rico: 400 residences from $3 million, an Auberge resort, a first phase arriving in 2027. Inside the masterplan, KODA designed two houses.
